Garlic Chives Recipe Do’s and Don’ts

Here are some dos and don’ts of this recipe that you should follow. Avoiding these points will cause a significant change in the recipe.

  • Don’t overboil the garlic chives. This will make them too soft and the chives will lose their texture.
  • While preparing the chives, blanch them quickly to keep their bright green color and ensure they remain tender. Taking time will make the chives soft.
  • There is a stir-fry part in this recipe where you have to stir-fry garlic. Please stir-fry garlic at low heat. This will give perfect aroma in the garlic.
  • Cornstarch is a vital ingredient in this recipe. This will help the sauce to thicken. Avoiding this will make the sauce thin.
