Dos and Don’ts of The Recipe
Everything about the recipe is already discussed in the steps. But to make the steps easy, I did not provide some essential information there. Here are the things that you should keep in mind when trying the recipe.
- You need to cook the shrimp to a tender pink color without overcooking. Otherwise, it may create a smell.
- Fresh garlic, green onions, and shrimp enhance the overall flavor of the dish, making it more vibrant and delicious. So, use fresh ingredients.
- I would like to remind you to avoid overcooking the scrambled eggs. They should remain soft and tender to complement the other ingredients.
- When I tried the first time, I avoided cornstarch slurry. But it was a mistake. It is essential for thickening the whole recipe.
