After the onions are sliced, take 3-6 green chili and an equal number of red chili. The size will say how many you need to take. Now chop them together. After chopping, they should be 4 tsp combined. Take the chopped chili into another small bowl and keep everything aside.

Step 2: Boil The Noodles

Boil The Noodles

Take a cooking pan and add 500ml of water. Add ½ tsp oil and ½ tsp salt in the water. Place the cooking pan in the oven and heat the water at higher heat. When the water starts boiling, pour 200g noodles into the pan and boil the noodles.

When the noodles are boiled at 100%, stop cooking, and pour the noodles in a strainer, and cool it down with some normal water. After cooling, keep the noodles in the strainer to drain the water.

Step 3: Prepare The Sauce

Prepare The Sauce

Now it is time to prepare the sauce. Take another small bowl and take Soy Bean paste 1 tbsp, Light Soy Sauce 3 tsp, Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp, sugar ⅓ tsp, and Liquid Starch 3 tsp. After adding all these ingredients, give a good mix and ensure that it makes a perfect solution.  Keep it aside.

Step 4: Scramble The Eggs

Scramble The Eggs

Take a small mixing bowl and add 3 eggs to it. If you love it, you may add ⅓ tsp salt in it and mix well. I am not using salt. When the beaten eggs are ready, take a frypan in the oven and add 1 and ½ tsp oil. When the oil becomes hot, pour the eggs and scramble them. When the scrambling is done, take them off in the small bowl.

Step 5: Cook The Ingredients

Cook The Ingredients

In the same frypan, add 2 tbsp oil and sliced onion. Now cook them together at lower heat for 2 minutes. At this time, it should spread an aroma. Once you get the aroma, stop frying.

Now add the previously prepared sauce to the frypan and cook the onion for 2 more minutes. Within these 2 minutes, you will see the sauce is bubbling. After that, add the scrambled eggs, and 4 tsp of previously chopped green and red chili.

Now aging cook for 2 minutes at lower heat. In these 2 minutes of cooking, mix everything using a turner or spoon. This is the final 2 minutes to cook these ingredients.

Step 6: Serve With Noodles

Take a serving plate and pour the previously cooked noodles on the plate. Now pour the sauce-cooked onion and scrambled eggs over the noodles. The leftover sauce from the frypan and the combination of onion and scrambled eggs will match perfectly with the noodles. Now the Chinese-style egg noodles are ready to serve.

Do’s and Don’ts of The Noodles Egg Recipe

The detail and clear instructions are enough to make the recipe perfect. But still, here is some advice for you to carefully read. These will make your recipe more perfect.

  • All of you know that I normally prepare ingredients in advance and I always advise to you to follow. Again I am saying about this recipe that please prepare ingredients in advance. This saves time and ensures a smooth cooking process.
  • Other noodle recipes need too much oil but this time we are using the sauce to cook the ingredients. So avoid excess oil. Too much oil in scrambled eggs can make them greasy.
  • To ensure the sauce has a balanced taste avoid overseason. Too much soy sauce can make it overly salty, while excessive sugar can overpower the dish. Taste as you go to achieve the right mix of savory and sweet.
  • Please avoid overcooking the chili. Cooking chili peppers for too long can dull their natural heat and flavor. Lightly sauté them to preserve their spiciness and freshness. Overcooked chili loses its sharpness, affecting the overall taste.
